You must be 18 or older, able to form a binding contract, and not located in or a resident of a sanctioned country. Moving money requires identity verification; limits depend on your verification level.
Keep your sign-in methods secure. You're responsible for activity on your account, including API keys you create. Tell us immediately if you think your account was accessed without permission. We may ask you to confirm sensitive actions with a passkey or authenticator code.
Each listing describes the royalty share, term and number of shares. Buying a share gives you the right to your pro-rata slice of the listed master royalties for the term, paid as described in the methodology. It does not transfer copyright or any other rights in the recording.
Royalty payments are taxable income. We collect tax forms, report payments and withhold where required. Estimates and predicted payouts are not guaranteed.
Don't manipulate prices (wash trading, coordinated pumps, spoofing), trade on non-public information about a song, impersonate others, or post misleading claims. Artists must not trade their own stock around their own announcements. We monitor for these patterns and may freeze accounts, reverse trades or report to authorities.
You keep ownership of what you post and give us a licence to show it on Fadlib. We may remove posts that break these terms; posts reported by several people are hidden pending review.
You can close your account at any time once you've sold or transferred your shares and withdrawn your cash. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.
Fadlib is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We'll tell you before material changes take effect. Questions: tjtags@penncareylaw.upenn.edu or tulioclaw@gmail.com. See also the risk disclosure and privacy policy.
