Most songs earn less every year after release. A share's price can fall far below what you paid, stay there, or go to zero. Past royalties and price moves do not predict future ones.
There may be no buyer at the price you want, or at all. The platform market maker provides some liquidity but is not obliged to buy your shares. Trading can be paused by volatility pauses, takedown halts or operator action.
A share is a contractual right to a slice of master royalty income for a set term. It is not the copyright, not the master recording, not a vote, and not a claim on the artist's other income.
Song shares are likely securities. Fadlib intends to offer them only through a registered or exempt structure with licensed partners. Until then this product runs on a test network with no real-world value. Rules may limit who can buy, how much, and where.
Fadlib's fair value is a model with stated assumptions (see the methodology). It is not investment advice, a rating or a recommendation.
Only put in money you can afford to lose, and spread it across songs.
